While cruising the neighborhood in which he has just purchased a new lot, our prospective homebuilder notices a contractor's sign in front of another construction site.  He decides to make the call to Vitato & Leslie Construction to take them up on their offer of a free consultation.

Mr. C is greeted by the Principals, Mr. Vitato and Mrs. Leslie, both of whom are ready to get down to the business of building his dream home. The 2nd Appointment

Based on the outpouring of possibilities from their first meeting, Mr. C revisits the V&L Construction team to further discuss his homebuilding dreams. Acting on instinct, Bea Leslie sketches a basic outline of the home that Mr. C is describing on a loose piece of tracing paper. This impromptu draft displayed a suggested layout; Mr. C liked it, and asked to borrow it to think about for a few days.
